General Questions

Q: What types of trading card games do you carry?
A: Currently we offer One Piece TCG and Dragon Ball Fusion World products. We are working on expanding our inventory to include Pokemon and other popular collectible card games.

Q: Can I cancel or return my order for collectible card games(CCG)?
A: Yes, we accept cancels and returns on CCG orders. These are accepted on a case by case basis and there are exceptions. More information on these exceptions below.

Sealed Boxes and Single Cards

Q: Can I return single cards or sealed boxes if I change my mind?
A: Due to the volatile nature of the trading card game (TCG) market and price fluctuations, we cannot accept returns for single cards.

For sealed product, you can request a return up to 15 days after receiving the item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unaltered, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent to us without a submitted and approved return request will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To submit a return request, email us at odyseagaming@gmail.com.

Q: How do you ensure the safety of the cards during shipping?
A: All single cards are shipped in a bubble mailer to provide protection during transit. Additionally, unless stated otherwise, every shipment includes tracking information, so you can monitor your purchase until it arrives safely at your doorstep.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is processed, if your package includes it, we provide tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: No, we do not. This will eventually change but due to our size we cannot currently offer international shipping. 

Q: How are shipping costs calculated?
A: Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping destination. We strive to offer the most economical shipping options for our customers.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are securely processed to ensure the protection of your personal and financial information.

Q: Can I track my order status?
A: If your order is tracked(most are) then once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress and estimated delivery time.
