Q: What types of trading card games do you carry?
A: Currently we offer a wide variety of popular TCGs including but not limited to One Piece, Union Arena, and Pokemon.
Q: Can I cancel or return my order for collectible card games(CCG)?
A: Yes, we accept cancels and returns on CCG orders. These are accepted on a case by case basis and there are exceptions. More information on these exceptions below.
Q: How are refunds handled?
A: If your return is accepted, we will proceed with a refund. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. Please bear in mind that it will take time for the refunded amount to be returned to your payment method. Typically it takes between 5-7 business days but occasionally it can take longer.
Q: Can I exchange my product for something else?
A: Yes. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Q: Can I return single cards or sealed boxes if I change my mind?
A: Due to the volatile nature of the trading card game (TCG) market and price fluctuations, we cannot accept returns for single cards.
For sealed product, you can request a return up to 15 days after receiving the item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unaltered, unused, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent to us without a submitted and approved return request will not be accepted.
